I called cause they advertise 14.95 a room but when they got to my house I was told the 14.95 deal would not clean my carpet cause it was to dirty (my carpet is only 4 years old and have had it cleaned twice a year as long as its been down) but the could pre spray and power scub it for 49.95 a 3 room cleaning would have been 150 plus tax
