Bad: I asked for help and I was told I could not speak to a host because I wasnt a diamond member. I had a voicemail message from a host after that, I came in to talk to him and was asked 1st, what was I doing here? what do I want? then she said the host was not in. I said I was responding in person to my voicemail and he said he was in until 8:oo. She was terribly rude. I havent been back since.. Improvements: I have no comment. The treatment I got was very rude. The best part, I was sent to 7 stars to get these insults.. Other: I am done with you. I know you do not need me. I can do my gaming elsewhere..
