Palo Alto Medical is the best place I have ever visited for medical care. The facility is brand new, the doctors are top notch from ivy league schools and tend to be on the young side. I had the best experience at the Internal Medicine Department where I saw DR. Jennifer Lai who is the department head and the nicest physician I've yet to meet. She was thorough and kind, efficient yet I didn't feel rushed. She took into account all my concerns and when she ordered some labs, I was given clear reasons why for each of them and the wait for the lab was SO short. I also signed up for a mammogram the next week! all the specialists are also in the same building. amazing place! all my family and friends are going to hear about this!!
