Very dissappointed at NEPA- they behave as though they are doing YOU a favor by giving you an appointment. Sick appointments are impossible and they quickly turn you away because thier are no appointments. If only I could "schedule my child to be sick". Shame on you NEPA for making your patients an "inconvienence" You have lost your focus !
