If the office is so busy that you can not get a REAL LIVE person to tell you that they don't have time to take your call well that is unfortunate. I have tried to call to make an appointment twice today, I was placed on hold by an automated recording an I held the first time for at least 15 minutes before I hung up then I tried again later today and was still placed on hold by the automated service and I was still on hold 12 minutes later. Is this a schedule issue or incompetence in the from office?
