“Good doctors, but worst staff ever!”

The staff is rude. Let me be specific - The woman in the white top standing 3rd from the right, the woman in the white coat standing 2nd from the left, and one in a light pink top sitting at the leftmost end. They treat you like you are cattle, waiting to be butchered. You are not human beings. You follow a process. And they are the machines who enforce the process on you. The doctors are very good, though. Dr Barry and Dr Prothero are excellent optometrists. They will take the time and explain your medical situation and they give very good advice. However, their staff ruins the experience of visiting their office. You never want to go back there again, even though the doctors are great.
