Good: their location is handy, but forget it! I'll never use them again.. Bad: 1. they'll charge you $40.00 non-refundable deposit without ever informing you about that policy.
2. they are overpriced; in my case, by 567%: Earl's estimate was $100.00; the lawnmower was eventually repaired by 'The Tool Exchage' in Longmont, for $15.00, on the spot, without any waiting, in 2 minutes flat.
3. I got my nonrefundable deposit back after all, after complaining to BBB; in their written response to the BBB inquiry, the Earl's shop stated flat lies.. Improvements: new management, new policies, honesty in dealing with potential customers.
