Customer-hostile policy

Good: Large selection of music books and sheet music.. Bad: The store's policy is no returns and no exchanges on printed music. I wanted to return a mistaken purchase of an unused, like-new music book. The store refused. It just lost a customer and potential annual revenue of $100 for refusing return of a $10 book. Prices are full retail (no discount).. Improvements: The store needs to trust its customers about not photocopying and returning printed music. If it dumps its refund/exchange policy, I might give them a second chance.. Other: Shop elsewhere. This store does not have a monopoly on printed music..
