Moe is a very unique mechanic. Although I don't have a Saab and have not had him work on my car, I can tell that his customers love him and think the world of the way he treats them. Let me explain: One morning, while we were meeting on a business matter, a customer came in early to pick up her car. She already had a plate of cookies in her hand when she walked in the door. She had made them special for him the night before. They talked about what he had found wrong with the car and had done to fix it. I was amazed when she exclaimed, "Wow, I was expecting the bill to be much higher!" Before leaving, she gave him a big hug and thanked him for all he does to take care of her car and not take advantage of her.
So, I ask you... When was the last time you hugged YOUR mechanic?
