I took my car to fife in august 2009 and the manager (jason) was rude and disrespectful. I think he might have some kind of problems with other races as well with his snobby attitude and he had a gun holstered on his belt. which is very inappropriate.
All I wanted was a wash and my carpets shampoo. There were no cars in the shop and he told me he didn't have time to do my car!!! It was 11:00am!!! When i had arrived he was sitting down eating a candy bar and drinking coffee playing a handheld game with some woman who was obviously not an employee.
Ok so I took my car to federal way and spoke to a connor illian. There were 3 employees sitting in the office eating chips and drinking soda.
He reluctantly accepted my vehicle to his shop. 30 minutes later he gave me the car with the carpets soaking wet and it looked like he did nothing but put lines going opposite directions in the carpets to give the perception of clean. my floor mats were all torn up as well as if he had scrubbed them with a rotary hand tool. I told him i was not going to pay. and he said i didnt he would hold my car. I was very unsatisfied and paid $120 for my wash and carpets.
Did i mention the owner likes to write his own reviews. Just read the one from susan.
The employees just dont care about the customers. I hope to see this place go out of business for their horrible service. 30 years of service? He must have bought the business from soneone else. I dont see how it could have lasted even a month!!!!
Too bad I have to select at least a rating of one it deserves a rating of ZERO
