Staff services are awful. For some reasons, they do not like rescheduling. It is very difficult for a working parent and sometimes, rescheduling is needed, and it should not be a problem as long as it is prior to 24 hours. Every time I call, I feel like the person I talk to is unhappy and don't have a patient to do the job. I have been thinking about going to a different clinic but we really like the doctors there. Too bad some people just don't like their jobs and they are still working there to provide bad services.
