never experienced such rude people. i went there for my bridal make up and updo. i only had nice things to say about this place. good price compared to other staten island salons. BUT THEN, every other time i tried to get my hair done, they were such rude women i cant even believe this place gets business. WORST EXAMPLE, i was running late due to unexpected traffic for my appointment, and called while on the road to let them know i was going to be late. i arrived and the girls all left. they turned away a good easy-going customer! i was left with no updo for a wedding!!! they could have told me that they could not stay while i was on the phone, but yet, i drove out there to be left with nothing. i would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy! try classique, or mancini giuffre. so much better.
