Their oil change takes two hours and they don't bother to tell you.THEY ARE NOT PART OF the Toyota LUBE express. I would recommend asking how long it will really take before leaving your car with them. I took my car in at like about 7:50 AM and didn't get it back til 9:10 AM, that's after I went and told them I had to go to work. I didn't think an oil change could take up to two hours.
