Broke my windshield & refused to pay more than $60 towards the replacement even though they admitted breaking it (once I filed a claim with the BBB). Didnt do the majority of the tune-up I paid for saying later that they do not have a checksheet for a Scion tune-up, a Scion is a Toyota with another name on it (like Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, etc) & they do not disclose this nor will they offer you a refund when you find out that they didnt do anything but change your oil for $100. Arrogant, irresponsible & lazy. more
