Binny's in Niles

This store is butt-ugly. One of the worst looking stores, if not THE WORST, in their chain. From the ugly patches of stains around the huge letters on the outside wall above the main entrance to the huge peeled-off patches of the red paint that adorns the floor throughout the store. The inside of the store looks unchanged for decades dating back to the late 60's / early 70's era.
The store is always very warm on the inside even when outside the temp is 85+. They must be trying to save every penny on cooling bills while you sweat-as-you-shop.
Then there is the rudest manager (as I found out later) I have ever witnessed in a wine store. He looks about 55+ yrs old and has only hair on the sides and back of his head. This guy has issues. He scremed at no less than 3 of his emloyees while using profanity as I stood in a very crowded line to pay. I mean the guy threw the "F" word out like he had turrets syndrome. His veins seemed to pop-out his forehead like Bill Bixby when he turned into the Incredible Hulk on the old TV show. It was quite shocking to see this display of utter unprofessionalism.
The other thing that I absolutely hate is when the minute you pop-in the door, which brings you to the wine-section, they are like vultures descending on fresh prey. They do not even give you time to get your bearings in the isles. Listen-Up guys whoever trained you to bum-rush a person in the isles has got it all wrong. Customers want to first settle in and then after several minutes you should subtley be aware that they might be looking for help by THEM giving you signs such as looking around -or- at you for help or looking up in the isles at the signs to make sure they are in the right spot. Best yet, let them seek you for help, until then stay way as you can quickly go from being suseful to being a nuisance. So, whomever taught you to fire yourselves like a V12 Ferrari in the direction of people in the wine isles is an idiot and has probably never been a successful marketer -or- salesperson EVER!
