I agree with "horrible." Koss is the worst of the worst when it comes to maintaining the property I live in. The place has never been properly kept up. The yard is a mess, paint is chipping, windows are filthy and repeated requests to repair leaks go answered. The only thing Koss is good at is depositing tenant rent checks immediately.
I strongly advise avoiding Koss Property Management. One indicator is the office they work out of...a dump!
