Phenomenally Rude- Think Twice about doing Business!

There is no substitute for poor customer service, and unfortunately for Upscale Resale, and their potential customers, their service is terrible. The place is managed poorly, and at least one manager, Alex, has the uncommon indecency to treat his customers like he is doing them a favor. All in all, there are a couple of interesting pieces, but no find that makes being treated poorly, worthwhile.
