Staff had attitide, prices high

When asking for assistance to buy a bike, replies were I am too busy and find a sales person. Fine. Continued to find one wandering and drinking his coffee, and asked again for help. Strange answers to all the questions we asked. ie How long do you think this bike would last for my 12 year old Answer; I dont know you know how fast she will grow more I do and lots of attitude in all the answers. When I asked about the 10% discount online for Cascade Bike Club members the saleperson said 5% on bikes and 10% on accessories only. When I bought the bike lock( an accessory) moments later, I asked about the 10% and was told it was 5 % and it will be changing very soon and Cascade Bike Memebers bring nothing to their store and it will be decreasing or disappearing very soon. How impolite to tell me that when I had come to buy a bike because of it! I was leaving because of the attitude of the salesperson and because their prices were $100 - 200 more than Performance Bikes where we bought it same day. When I asked if that meant he had enough business, he said yes they are very busy.WOW - go to Performance Bikes or anywhere else!!!!
