Good: Nothing after my experience.. Bad: The owner, Cynthia Gallagher has a horrible attitude. I intended to ask her if she knew where I could get a cake topper in which the groom was wearing a kilt. She didn't even let me finish my question, I said to her "you didn't even let me finish my question" she responded "I know". I asked her if she knew she was being ugly to me and she acknowledged that she knew. Just the worst customer service ever!! How can someone be so ugly to a person that WANTED to order a cake from her.. Improvements: It doesn't really matter because I'm NEVER going over there again. EVER.. Other: She also said that she didn't know why her husband let me in to begin with. Apparently, they were in the shop but not open for business. Even if this is the case, one should never treat others like that, no matter what the circumstance is. What a horrible brick wall of a person..
