no catering?

i tried calling on a monday 8/10 at around ten thirty to ask questions regarding a catering order and the woman spoke to couldn't help me, forgetting i was on the phone she asked another woman to help me and was told "call back at 2, im too busy right now". i argued that it wasn't 11 yet as i have ordered with you before, yet she still refused to help me...an F minus to you!
