The kid who says he's the manager needs to be fired. He's rude to customers, he handles cash and food without washing his hands, he shorts people food and refuses to give them the food or their money back. He seems to be on some power trip like he just got promoted or something. He even said the owner won't touch him because he runs the place all on his own and the owner does whatever he says.
