Rude Staff, Terrible Service

Rude and uncooperative staff. Reserved a truck from 10 AM til 6:30 PM. Reservation confirmed by email from UHAUL 12 days prior to pickup date. When I arrived told by the staff to return the truck by 5:15 PM. Despite telling staff that the truck was reserved until 6:30 PM and that I had arranged a crew of movers to assist me until 6 PM I was told by the staff that they had no such record of a 6:30 PM return time. The staff person announced to my wife and me that he was "not in the mood today for any crap", of which I responded “great, now we have two pissed off people in this room”. We were then given the oldest and rustiest truck on the lot with 150K+ miles. The truck's brakes made a strange electronic whining sound when applied which by this time had become the “icing” on the cake. Not until I emailed a copy of the original email reservation confirmation, would the manager honor our reservation. However, this same manager abruptly told me to bring the truck back by 7 AM the next day and immediately hung up on me. When I returned the truck later that afternoon (6 PM), attempted to share my disappointment with the manager but was condescendingly told that the issue was not with Uhaul, rather that my "feelings were hurt".
