Ripped off

After discovering that there was a substantial price difference in what we and other tourists paid we called the agent to ask. She said she would look into it. When we called back to make further inquiries the agent was rude and said she was canceling the tour and hung up. You should not yell at your customer just because they discovered that you ripped them off. Very improper customer service. I definitely would not recommend them.
