I purchased a mattress from IKEA on Jun 28. Because they cut the price on their website, the salesperson promised to refund me. However, after one month I hadn't seen my refund on my credit card. I called six times and finally I found that the salesperson made a mistake when she typed in my credit card number. Then one week passed, and they haven't do anything to fix their problem. So low efficiency!! I will rate a 0 to their customer care department.
