I wish i had looked them up and read these reviews before calling them a few months ago. I saw their impressive ad on a transit bus and called them for what I thought will be a free estimate to fix the broken grinder thing in my kitchen sink. The guy shows up, checks under the sink and then says he can fix it right away and goes on to explain at length what was wrong. So I sign the order. He wiggles something under the sink and 10 seconds later,I was out of $250. I felt incredibly ripped off because i hadn't gotten a chance to even get that estimate. Needless to say, it seems like that is their practice and I will not use them again.
I have a need this morning with a leaking toilet tank and I'm calling Pioneer Plumbing out of Seattle, a referral from a friend. I will see how they do.
