Totally let down!

We have been taking our Wheaton Terrier to Bone Jour for 4 years. They have been "Okay" though pricey. The last visit our dog was pretty matted but ended up with "Clipper Burn" which is when the groomer doesn't allow the clippers to cool. It cost us $70.00 for the vet and we did not get so much as an apology. End of our relationship with this business.
