I called on a Saturday at 4 to see if I could have flowers delivered to my Mother in the hospital. The "lady" who answered was totally annoyed that I bothered her, angrily told me they were closed, and said I was just out of luck. She didn't even offer to deliver flowers later or even try to get my business. And they won't get my business - ever.
