Pick a different tree service

I made the mistake of paying in full for the removal of a tree and the stump before the stump was removed. Curt (sales rep) assured me that they would be back to remove the stump on that Thursday, that was 2.5 months ago. He would actually take my call for the first month, always promising to finish the job within a few days. I have appealed to the owner (Brian) to no avail (only by message, he won't take or return my calls). I should have stuck to my gut when I heard Curt making explanations for delays to a customer calling him while he was quoting me. Bottom line..do yourself a favor and pick a different tree service.
