Excellent for a Buffet!

I am normally not a fan of buffets, but this one is an exception. The sushi is good, made fresh and their food doesn't sit out very long (because it is good and the place is always packed)before a new batch is cooked. Faves include the oysters on the half shell, stuffed shrooms, potstickers, baked shrimp and crab shell dynamite.
