I heard this shop was switching out functioning factory parts with after market parts so that they can resell them (without telling customers that parts were replaced). I took my car there a while ago for a "tune up" and got ripped off. They overcharged and told me that I needed a new muffler and other kinds of work done. My car ran much worse after that "tune up". I had to take it to the dealer, who told me that someone unplugged my oxygen sensor and didn't plug it in, causing the engine to stall at stop lights. Also, the rattling sound from the muffler was due to a screw being removed, not because I needed a new muffler. My car never recovered from that experience. Heard the original owner fled to Vietnam. Another On Time Auto has opened in Kearny Mesa. Are they related???
