The original home base for Pat and Oscar's food is here--this is not only the first opening for San Diego but the first home of Oscar's and a bit of history for our town in Carmel Mountain Ranch. The original Pat and oscar founded their little shop across the parking lot and it's grown to greatness. Enjoy the homestyle atmosphere that sets this one apart...Hehehe, and for those who don't know, I was one of their first customers.
