After reading outstanding reviews and checking out their impressive website, the actual cleaning service came up short. We arranged for a move-in cleaning...it was hard to tell anything had been cleaned. I must say the office staff was very responsive and considerate. However, the girl that came to our home spent her time texting instead of efficiently cleaning - perhaps that is why they "ran out of time" and couldn't complete the job! If you need something other than weekly cleaning (such as a move-in or move-out), I suggest hiring a crew based on the actual completion of the service, not a set number of hours "worked" with no guarantee the job will get done. I also recommend finding a cleaner who manages and completes the job themselves, instead of going through a company who "oversees" their cleaners - there is a major difference in accountability.
