There should be an option to give no stars

The Service: Order was flung at me by a waitress who gruffly said, "here you go" she never actually stopped moving. Pausing long enough to see if it was the right order might be worthwhile.
I do not ask Waitresses who do not wish to be bothered to be bothered. I walked the food given me back to the cashier and asked for my money back. I was told that I could ask the cook and the waitress to be bothered again. I said I just wanted my money back. The prices are pretty cheap there if you get food. They are steep when you don't. I didn't. I rank them as very expensive. Getting my money back was not an option apparently.
I basically feel like I was robbed in this place. I would not ever go back. I would not recommend to anybody, friend or enemy.
