Good: The Location was great! It's close to bars/restaurants and public transportation...and that's all.. Bad: - It is far too expensive for what you get.
- Management is rude to you as soon as you sign on the dotted line.
- Every time the stove/oven is turned on, so does the smoke alarm.
- You can hear your neighbors.
- It's mostly college kids, building gets dirty and smells of herbs.
- Elevator is broken at least 65% of the time.
- Amenities they offer are crap. Roofdeck has been closed all year, laundry is about $5 per load (wash and dry), fitness..pshh!. Improvements: Fix the things I didn't like. Other: Don't bother even looking at this building.
