poor customer service very unprofessional

I'm sorry I work in the beauty industry and understand how important customer service, sanitation, and communication. This salon does not practice these things very well if you read the reviews they all seem pretty consistant. I had my nails done there to give them a try and they first did a horrible job to begin with. Excuse me when you are performing a service you don't bring to other people over and speak a different language ITS RUDE! That client. Paid for your time. Second if a service goes wrong it is the owner job to make sure every client is taken care of to the best of their ablility because not only do you lose the chance to gain that client but that client is going to go out of their way and tell 10 others and write a review . Train your staff especially the front desk (yes girl with the glasses I'm talking to you) adjust your additude because your the first and last person they see and you should be happy they go there because that's how you get paid and you never know you might throw your additude to the wrong person and they just might slap you. People read the reviews it is all the same. for me I will continue to let everyone know my expierience at the Brandon Salon and Spa.
