Called them out last year-tech didn't come out until 5:00-confirmed there was a slow leak-didn't act like he really wanted to fix the air conditioner-open up and repair. Talked my husband into charging it only bu telling him it was a real slow leak, even though I felt like this would happen again this time this year. Guess what it did and I called Jeremy and he said he would have a tech out at 5:00. No one came at 5:00. Called at 5:15-was told by Jeremy that they had two customers in front of me and someone would be here in 2 hours. After 7:00 my husband called and had to now leave a message but no returned call after 8:00. My house is now really hot and I will probably have to go all week-end without repair. They truely do not stand by what they say they will do in their commercials!! If you want to be stood up,use them. If you want good prompt service-call someone else!!!!
