Bad to worse

Don't rent a car from any of the Presidential Limo providers in the St. Louis area! We were married on May 23, 2009. The limo was 30 minutes late to pick up the groom and groomsmen. Though the groom had the driver's cell phone - he wasn't picking up. The groom called the company and told him they would call Bob, the driver, and call the groom back, but they didn't! The limo didn't have air conditioning - it was 95 degrees outside! The entire bridal party was sweating since only two windows could be opened. One of the doors didn't work because the lock was broken. A small door in the seating area kept popping open because the latch was broken. While the issues with the limo itself were one thing - the driver had no idea where he was going even though we provided him with addresses and detailed instructions - we had to shout directions to him from the back seat! We based our pick on "The Knot" ratings and this place was terrible. I wouldn't suggest Presidential Limo to anyone.
