For a cafe that prides itself on organic and vegetarian cuisine-both of which are meant to be wholesome and good for their customers-Sarah and Desmond, and their employees, show a remarkable lack of concern for the people they profess to serve. The service is excruciatingly slow and often careless; although I agree with a previous reviewer that it's nice to sit in a cafe and watch people pass on Main Street, it's also nice to be able to eat at a place if I happen to be in a hurry. I frequently saw employees forgetting to ring up orders after they were made, leaving customers hanging at the register. In addition, the owners were unfriendly and made it clear that they were in the business of making money, not of treating people with basic decency.
