Kimberly skin clinic is VERY BAD

I bough skin care products, when products arrived, I am not happy with it (with various reasons) I called back to inform them that i will send them the package for return. They told me that I can NOT return, I only get credits, that was a surprise me since they was NOT indicate that during my order.. this business is really disappointed me :(
