Good: The proximity to my house. Bad: There were bugs in the adjacent pedicure basin.
A customer was yapping very loudly on her cell phone causing a disturbance to the other patrons. I informed my manicurist and she refused to politely let the cell phone yapper know her disruptive behavior. Improvements: Clean your equipment
Post a sign requesting clients to not use cell phones. Other: Will never come back here again.
