Wrong diagnosis

I'm pretty sure I didn't get the right diagnosis. First of all, I have 2 different injuries in my shoulder, and just got one diagnosis. Additionally, the muscles that hurt are not even pictured in the diagram he gave me describing the condition. It's also supposed to be an inflammation from repetitive activities, while both my injuries appeared suddenly (while lifting weights and after a bike accident). He seemed to be in a rush and confirmed his assistant's diagnosis without really checking much on his own.
