I have had a good experience with getting a simple trim here. But their coloring work needs improvement: the students are obviously very inexperienced and need more help and attention from the supervisors on the floor. I got a color that was botched and had to be stripped because the batches didn't match. The final result 8 hours after I arrived was ok but not what I bargained for and not a match to the original color selection. The students and supervisors should work on better customer service if they are preparing to work in professional salons.
