Not only did she cancel on us once but twice. The first she called 2hr before our appointment to inform us that she had dental appointment and needed to reschedule. So we reschedule and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience on our part. On the day of our reschedule she called 45mins before our appointment, while we were in the car on our way to her shop, to inform us that she was not able to make because she was in borne and that she is normally closed on monday and if we can reschedule again. My fiance called her back told her that we were not going to reschedule and she back tracked and said that she was still able to make it. Of course he told her NO!!!
