Tiffany had two bedroom townhome just came available but wasn't sure of the condition we walked in door it had been cleaned but was in need of much repairs which she reassured me they would all be done. She was very believable. None of the repairs where done and now that I put my 30 day notice in to move out the new managers tell me there is no problem with me moving out once I turn keys in they will walk my apartment and tell me what repairs I will be charged for. Not to mention since I lived there spent weekend dealing with my kitchen entry way and living room flooding due to sewer backed up in my building unable to get a hold of maintenance bought a shopvac ran out of towels to keep up with the water. Finally fixed the kicthen now smell musty moldy and my kitchen sink still leaked anytime I ran water had to clean water that leaked on floor which finally was fixed. When I took shower upstairs come downstairs the downstairs bathroom was flooded ruined my hair dryer and other toiletries they caulked the shower still didn't fix. Then one morning we took showers the water in the ceiling was dripping down and the ceiling was hanging down then fell through on the seems of the sheet rock. Things wrong from day one, patio door handle is broke, paint chipped, missing kitchen drawer,2 light fixtures broke hole in wall behind front door, carpet not tacked down properly on metal strip, there was kitty liter and kitty poop in closet, mold in upstairs bedroom, not careful on stairs top step is loose we learned to skip it, something red on kitchen cabinet not sure what, this has been my apartment from hell. When it rains we have leaks in weird places in the apartment. Now I am afraid the new management are going to try and charge me for repairs that we never done in the first place. Tiffany first manager was suppose to move me to two bedroom flat shortly after I moved due to health reason never happened nor did it happen with the next three people afterwords by the time new one came along my mind was set to move out.
