Great Doc but good luck getting in and dealing w/ the staff!

The service is the worst, between them canceling appts on you and the cooperation with the staff on the phone you would think they were trying to do whatever possible to sabotage this practice. I have never experienced a more disorganized office. Nothing ever runs smoothly. I have tried on many occasions and always disappointed in the level of service, which is a shame because Dr. Sonaglia is very qualified and great once you are able to see her.
