the Food and coffee is wonderful, and most the employees have great social skills, and are very friendly, but you can often hear from where your sitting little snippets of conversation from what seems to the the manager/boss. she seems very unprofessional, and the employees seem to be under a great deal of stress. the atmosphere of the coffee house is less inviting when you can hear the boss yelling at employees. i would recommend Blue Monday, the Hideaway, or for food, Hogan brothers.
