I took my car to Withnell Dodge several times for repair. At one time they could find nothing but sold me new tires. I told them I live 5 miles outside of town, which required me driving on gravel for 5 miles. They gave me in-town tires in which the gravel constantly got stuck in. Within a few weeks I had a hole in one tire, and another one had a rip. I took it to Les Schwab who told me that they would replace them for free had I gotten them from there. I went to Withnell and was told that they be happy to repair the tires for me, of course I would be charged though. No warranty on them, no 2nd thought about ripping me off. Another repair I was waiting for the Service Tech to call me to let me know what needs to be done, but the call never came. Finally a few minutes before 5 he called telling me that they have not even gotten to look at my car and they need to keep it for a day or two. That was my only vehicle and I was promised repairs the same day. When I came to pick up the car 2 days later I was treated rudely and had to wait for over 1/2 hour before getting my car. Never again would I take it to Withnell. more
