Poor Service

We went in on a Saturday morning about 9:00 a.m. There were about 4 other tables occupied. We had to ask the server to get us menu's. We had to ask a server to take our order after 15 minutes of waiting without a glass of water or anything to drink. Our order to 50 minutes (pancakes) and our pancakes were raw. We even had to ask for silverware upon our food arriving. We paid our bill and left. Very disappointing.
