Over the years I have four (4) occasions to work with Thearle's following automobile collisions (none my fault or the fault of my family members, of course). On each occasion,the customer service was top notch, professional, and timely. Their time estimates were right on and my customer service rep kept me apprised of the progress of the repairs. They also coordinated very well with my insurance company. Their reputation is so good that the insurance company simply accepts their estimates without sending out their own rep. The work product is as perfect as can be done. On 3 of the occasions the work was to BMWs and the cars were good as new. I would highly recommend especially if you have a high end car.
