Not only was the woman at the front desk extremely defensive, she was incompetent- billing my insurance company for the wrong teeth,collecting from them after I'd paid the office directly and other glitches. Sadly, this carried over to the technicians and the dentist himself. A simple crown replacement turned into an ordeal as they were unable to get the fit right- huh?? This is probably my 10th crown and never have I had a problem with other dentists. And the costs- despite having dental insurance- are shattering! I prefer to work with providers who believe in the term health CARE as that is not at all what I received here! more
